Hey there! In China, more and more folks are shying away from calling themselves “Fu Nv” (that’s “women” for you). Unlike the traditional ladies of yore, today’s women are all about celebrating International Women’s Day in style—think high-class, independent, and totally dazzling. So, instead of the usual, they’ve decided to call it the “Nv Shen Festival” (aka “Goddess Day”).

This Sunday is the day after International Women’s Day, and we’re turning it into a celebration of all things fabulous for our Hasher ladies. We’re treating it as a day to revel in the free-spirited and independent vibes of our female hashers. Two of our amazing female Hares, S3 and Elf Rider, will be leading the pack through some seriously cool “feminine flair” on the Hash Trail. We’ll be wowed by the NANZUKA ART CENTER SORAVYAMA EXHIBITION, and of course, we’ll be sniffing out early spring plum blossoms and cherry blossoms. And get this—The GM has teamed up with the restaurant to drop some little surprises for our goddesses. Can you feel the excitement?
